For a tasty lunch or light dinner, you can’t beat an omelette!
Simply beat your eggs until it looks smooth, pour the eggs into a frying pan, and sprinkle your fillings over the egg mix. Easy!
Ingredients
3 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
A Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Milk
1/2 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
Equipment needed for this recipe
A Shallow, thick bottomed frying pan
Beat 3 eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl until it is blended.
Add the butter in the nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat until it is hot. Move the pan around to coat bottom completely.
Gently pour the eggs into the pan and let it sit. You can pull the omelette back slightly to allow more raw egg to hit the bottom of the pan.
When the eggs start to cook through, put your toppings on one half of the omelette. When it looks nearly cooked, try to fold the empty half over the half with toppings.
Slide the omelette on to a plate, and serve with a salt, or your choice of sides!
